Why do we collect this information?
“Email Subscription” form - we utilize this information to add contact information to our CRM(3) and potentially to our mailing lists(4) to receive marketing content.
Sales IQ(5) - we utilize Sales IQ on our website to facilitate online chats with visitors and to review past chats.
Page Sense(6) - we utilize Page Sense to review what pages are being visited, the duration of a visit, and what information was reviewed or clicked on.
Google Analytics(7) - we utilize Google Analytics to track website activity such as visit duration, website interaction, and the route a visitor used to get to our site.
Bookings(8) - we utilize Bookings to assist in setting up virtual training sessions with our Electra Sales employees.
Gmail(9) - we utilize Gmail as a means of email communication with visitors who filled out our Email Subscription form or for visitors who have requested virtual training. When completed, the Email Subscription form is sent from Wix(1) to our marketing department where they can respond to the form submitter or route the form to the correct Electra Sales employee via Gmail(8). Gmail is also used in conjunction with Bookings(8). When a visitor requests virtual training, Bookings(8) sends a confirmation email to the designated Electra Sales employee.
How do we store, use, share, and disclose your personal information?
At Electra Sales, your information is specifically used by Electra Sales employees and is not disclosed to anyone outside the Electra Sales company.
Information such as Name, Email, City, Phone Number, and State is stored in our local CRM(3), on our host site(1), and in our mailing lists in Campaigns(4). We use this information to respond to a request for information or for marketing purposes.
Sales IQ(5) stores IP addresses, visit history, and past chats online by Zoho Corporation(2). We use this information to better communicate with and assist our online visitors.
Page Sense(6) does not store any personal information. Instead it provides us with a way to review past visits allowing us to optimize our website for a better visitor experience.
Google Analytics(7) stores IP addresses, visit history, visit duration, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating systems, location, and potential demographic information (age and gender). Google Analytics may store other unique identifiers such as mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number, along with the interaction of your apps, browsers, and devices with other Google services, including crash reports, system activity, and information about things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices. This information is stored online by Google. We use this information to optimize website visitor experience and to track website traffic.
Bookings(8) stores first name, last name, email address, and phone numbers online by Zoho Corporation(2). We use this information to contact visitors who have requested virtual training.
Gmail(9) will store any emails sent from Wix(1) containing filled out forms along with any following communications from Electra Sales. Additional stored information may contain: date, time, email address, name, location, and IP Address. We use this information to respond to website visitors who filled out our Email Subscription form or to contact visitors who have signed up for virtual training(8).
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
We communicate with our visitors via email through Gmail(9) or by phone when needed. For marketing purposes, we utilize email through Campaigns(4). If you requested a virtual training through Bookings(8), you may receive an email, phone call, or video conference request. Additionally, we may use a pop-up messaging service(5) to answer immediate questions while on our website.
